I have lags PLEASE HELP

Hi all. I install my left 4 dead today and when i am joing to multiplayer match i have lags but i have ping 50-70. On the single player i play at max graphics options and i dont have lags. But when i play on other game i dont have lags. Please help me with that problem.

My computer:
3gm ram
Ati radeon 5700 hd series
Intel core i3
Windows 7 home premium, 64 bit

try downloading razer game booster and add left 4 dead to the game menu, when you run left 4 dead, it will "boost" your game, if it doesn't say "boosting your game" then go to "utilites in boost options and enable "automatic boosting" the boosting will reduce lag and ping
