No, you just need to download two files [they're quick to download] and put it in the addons folder. That's all.

It doesn't exist.

He asked about changing field of view, not changing field of weapon model view.

It only has command „viewmodel_fov_override” which changes weapon's model FOV. I used that, I know what I'm talking about. And changing FOV itself smells like hack for me.
