How to activate the HD models???

Although the game has this video option - "Enable HD models" -, the models aren't the HD ones :-\ Any solution? How can I activate those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HD models?

i think it's because gearbox is lazy because most stuff you see in that game with the hd pack aren't changed when you have the hd pack at all

HD models should be: Headcrab, Scientist Zombie, Houndeye, Bullsquid, Vortigaunt, Alien Grunt, Beretta (Glock in original), M4 Carbine (MP5 in original), SPAS-12 Shotgun, RPG, Mk 2 Grenades, Satchel Charges, Snarks. These are all the ones I can think of that the player can see without using cheats to get HL1 weapons. So if you're not seeing HD models for other stuff then don't worry because they don't exist.
