Ending glitch

So I when I defeated the gigantic tentacle monster by shooting the pink orb one last time at the end, the monster just completely disapeared, after that that huge explosion orportal started forming, an after that I wasn't teleprted to the helicopter with Gman, I really just stayed there. Has this happened to anyone else before? How can i unlock the ending if this glitch is in the way????

I'll assume you don't use windows. That's a common bug.

It didn't teleport me to the ending it telepoted me to an earlier map and it took away all my weapons.
