Half-Life: Opposing Force

What does G-Man mean by calling Adrian Shephard a "dangerous witness"?
So, in Half-Life Opposing Force, the G-Man detained Adrian Shephard on a V-22 Osprey in his dimension because he was a "dangerous witness". He offered this as an alternative, as his "employers" wanted him to kill Adrian instead.

The trouble is, I can't figure out what Adrian "witnessed" throughout the course of the game. It can't have been the Black Mesa Incident, as he got there late, and there were a ton of other survivors who WEREN'T detained by the G-Man.

The only alternative I can think of is Adrian's continued fight with the Race X, but other people might've seen them before escaping Black Mesa, so I'm not sure that could count either.

What do YOU think?

closest thing i can think of is the nuke that was put by the black ops, which was defused by adrian and later on re-armed by gman.

since the point of the nuke was to 'contain' what happened in the facility,or i guess, destroy it,defusing it would go againts that.

I agree, but I think that Gordon should stay the main character, especially considering the end of Half-Life: Alyx. I think Adrian should be given the "Barney treatment": promoted to a speaking NPC with more of a fleshed-out character. Then again, that's just me.

would've been cool to see adrian next to breen near the end of hl:2

Maybe, although I'm not certain we would see Adrian do that. Granted, we don't know a whole lot about his character, but I see him as more of a hero, or at worst, an anti-hero.
