Can't switch certain weapons

I've noticed this bug since I got the Displacer Cannon, I cannot equip the weapons in groups 4 and 6 (rocket launcher, M249 and Displacer Cannon).

They do have ammo, they do appear when I press 4 or 6, but when I click to equip, nothing happens.

I've read 1 other person having this problem, he didnt find a fix.

I only found one way to fix this, and you have to use cheats. Just open the console with the ~ key and type "sv_cheats 1", "give weapon_rpg", "give weapon_displacer", and "give weapon_m249". They should appear in your hands when you type these in, and you should be able to switch to them after this.
