Half-Life: Opposing Force

Half-Life: Opposing Force

Can we all just agree that...
this is the best Half-Life game ever? HL1 comes at a close second.

Pretty sure it is already. Though multi is dead.

Cant argue with that.Opposing force introduces us to much more weapons and an in depth look of black mesa and race x,therefore expanding the story.

Don't forget the Black Ops as well as more classes for the HECU.

Meanwhile BS had nothing new unless you count the HD pack.

There's a black ops expansion of the game?

I was talking about OpFor where the Black Ops are explored more in detail.

Oh...Sorry.

Where they actually have male members that move as fast as a slug

Well harder =/= better because the game can be really cheap (even cheaper than HL1) and I don't really like the solitude feelings of the game

This was a fantastic addition to Half life. It expanded the universe and made way for more half life action with new weapons, enemies, soldier allies (way cool!), and a new HD pack...of course this game was made waay back in the day where half life was being played as a brand new game. If you loved the military in HL, then this was a must play.

I personally think that the best Half-Life addons are HL² episode 1 and 2

Decay is also a good coop addon
I preferred Blue Shift. OpFor just did too much. Too many new weapons and enemies. BS felt more "vanilla".

Sorry but boss battles kinda sucked in both hl and Op4 (at least op4's gene worm is a pretty easy and straightfoward fight)

The military storming the portal chamber IS the boss fight

They could have gave them more health but they all die in five seconds
