HECU vs MTF.

Okay, so if anyone has played SCP Containment Breach, they know about the squad that comes in called the Mobile Task Force, and if you play Half life, the game has their own, but its called the HECU.

Now for the question, who would win in a 4v4, the HECU or the MTF? I know this isn't the spacebattles forum or any other who would win website, but I thought it would be a good question.

If you have an answer, please reply telling me who would win and explain why.

HECU plain and simple. Referencing CSGO as to why the p90 is a "god tier weapon" or whatever is utterly retarded lmao. The gun is literally a bulpup design developed with a CQB environment in mind. Perfect for holding security within a facility largely containing thin-long corridors and tight corners such as SCP facilities. Long range engagements even with a "god tier p90"? You're toast against the M4/M16 variant the HECU boasts. Even close range the HECU is going to be lobbing explosives on a closely gathered group of MTF. Then even if they disperse, the HECU have a range/accuracy advantage over the MTF, not to mention the personnel imbalance.

Most of the MTF Units in my opinion are special forces units. Plus I'm sure MTF Units are made up of ex-seals and what not. But like the other comments, it really depends on what MTF unit your talking about. Some MTF Units aren't even armed. So once again it honestly depends on which MTF unit your talking about. Also MTF units aren't also armed with measly P90s'. Sometimes M4A1s' and what not. MTF units are the best of the best. I recall that there was one SCP were in an alternate reality the SCP Foundation declared war on humanity and went berserk and had conquered a majority of the world.

You are right but they don't contain hazardous objects, They do combat in hazardous environments but don't actually deal with the containment of them.

Yes the P90 sucks at long range, but the Armor Penetration is really good on it.
They can render PCV's useless at Close Range but since I guess most combat happens at Medium range I think it wouldn't effective.
MTF Squadrons also carry different guns, not all carry P90's this is only limited to the "Nine Tailed Fox"

Also the HECU don't use AR-15 variants, They use the MP5.

HECU is meant for Aliens and Non/Hostile People,
MTF is meant for Anomalies, Aliens and Hostile People.

Lets put this into an logically answer like if HECU goes agaisnt nu-7 or tau-5 they are dead
if u didnt know check out for nu-7 i dont wanna break my ass talking here about em but if they go agaisnt e-11 reason why e-11 could win is their training e-11 are trained to contain
and come when multiple breaches happened and E-11 is seen carrying FN P90 submachine guns and balastic helemts but its an 50% HECU takes equipment while E-11 takes exprience and training it is 50 50 who would won.

Like many others have already said, Many different MTF Units exist.
If we lets say placed Epsilon-11 in a battlefield full of HECU, they would very likely lose, They are specifically meant to deal with indoor internal security threats like anomaly breaches.
They carry a P90 in original CB which would do absolutely nothing against PCV Armor, maybe something at close range but I just don't see a chance of them winning.
If we placed Nu-7 or Tau-5, The situation would be entirely different.
Nu-7 is made up of former Spec-Ops and they are trained very well.
They also are (i think) the largest MTF Unit.
In this case Nu-7 would completely clap out the HECU.
Tau-5 on the other hand are cyborg clones made from the flesh of a dead god, Now how cool does that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sound?
They would rip the ♥♥♥♥ out of HECU in no time.
