Can you play the king's Campaign on the new map you get with the Greater World DLC?

Yes you can - both DLCs designed to fully work together. Also players who have both DLCs get some additional perks unlocked - like unique loading screen, and cosmetic main menu changes.

I bought the game with the Greater World add-on already built in, is it supposed to be like that? It doesn't show up on Steam though.

If you click on Medieval Kingdom Wars in your Steam Library, you should see a section called DLC to the right of screen (you might need to scroll down a little). Click on "Manage My # DLC", then click the Install check box next to Greater World. Once installed, restart Medieval Kingdom Wars and when you create a new campaign you will have an option to use the Expanded Map or the Old Map

For whatever it's worth, I finally achieved victory in the King's Quest Campaign, Greater World DLC, playing as the Byzantine Empire.

Great work! I'm not sure how many (if any) other players have achieved that! You could be the first

That`s awesome wcbarny! I did it for testing (but I used cheats so it doesn`t count haha). Now I wish we could ad more achievements for these - will consider this for one of the upcoming updates.
