Crash on startup (full error message included)
The game crashes 100% of time shortly after launch (right after BULKHEAD INTERACTIVE splash) on my laptop (Zephyrus G16 2024 with Core Ultra 9 185H and RTX 4090). All drivers are up to date.

Here is the error message from logs for DX11:

I tried potential solutions from other threads and they did not help.
The following has helped some people, but is not a guaranteed fix:
Navigate to the appdata folder (open a windows explorer window and type %appdata%)
Go up one folder (you should see Local, LocalLow and Roaming)
Enter the Local folder and delete the 'VenusPrototype' folder
Verify integrity of game cache through Steam
Re-launch the game

Other people are reporting that disabling integrated graphics fixes the issue.
