Yea, a spoiler is something that gives a story or event away before someone actually gets to start or see that thing. Be it a game, tv show, film or something else.
Hope this helps :)
1.) You don't kill anyone and they shut TOM down.
2.) You kill Sarah and Ava shuts TOM down. (It is always Sarah being killed in this scenario, no matter which of the two women entering the server room you shoot, as evidenced by the subtitles that always have Ava speaking the line "You monster!".)
3.) You kill both women.
At the very beginning of the game, the player is Tom
And we control AVA
AVA didnt realize that it is just a drone.
With the test series and sarah, Ava learns that she is controlled by the player and AVA is just a machine.
In the cage, AVA realizes that she is not free to move but his body is controlled as an object.
At the end of the game, AVA decided to withdraw the implant because she is a drone
she will be a real human in body and free mind.
At the opposite, the player knows that TOM is only AI and machine doesnt be a human.
IA TOM was developped and controlled by Dan and ISA
But human can be controlled by the machine
Then for the player this is sucess because we have finished the test and we are human
