Still no subtitles on audio logs (disability issue)

The developers(see below) have said in 2016 that subtitles are not available for audio logs because they want to make it a challenge to eavesdrop. That is all well and good but if you are deaf or hard of hearing, you have no chance to get ANYTHING out of the audio logs.

This is an accessibility issue, not a gameplay decision. If you must, offer two levels of subtitles or something, but please dont shut out disabled players like this!!

That's just plain ridiculous there being selective subtitles. More like lazy devs.
The so-called "voice acting" radio conversations are god awful and subtitles are a requirement.

SDH are very rare in games. But as audio logs are not required for the completion of the game, you can only hope that some modder adds them.
