Character behavior and puzzle questions
1. Why the hell did Ava and Sarah enter TOMs room without any plan for the gun?? Sarah even warns her and they just walk in casually. I was so convinced that they couldnt be so stupid so I shot them thinking some trap/contingency will kick in to prevent me. Needless to say I felt like a total piece of sh*t. Thanks devs :S
2. What's the deal with Optional 1 room?? TOM says I cant solve it so I leave thinking I'll go back to it but I never do. I watched a playthrough how to solve it, but why the hell would you put the orbs there? Did I miss something??
3. Optional 6, I watched the playthough and I still dont understand the logic. But basically you need to be good at boolean algebra (which ofc I'm not) or you're sh*t out of luck? Why impose such a restriction??

1. The game has "2 endings" - you may shoot them, or you may let them switch you off. It's questionable which of them is "wrong".

2. In a bio lab, you find a photo of the correct configuration for the orbs. It's a LOCK, and you need the right code to unlock it. Or you may, relatively quickly, go through all the combinations (it takes about 15 seconds to try the (at most) 24 positions of "orb 2" after fixating "orb 1" - so you can get to the correct solution in about 3 minutes in this way).

3. No, you don't really need to be good at boolean algebra - the puzzle contains everything needed to TEACH you boolean algebra; what you need is be observant and notice the marks next to the symbols. Plus, most people learn what "V" and "^" etc. means during high school (at the latest). Or they may google it. Also, by this point of the game, there already were puzzles that were based on boolean logic (like those where you had to place 2 orbs that, combined, would open 1 door).

BTW, at the end of Chapter 2, you MAY find the code for Captain's Cabin back on the Fortuna ship - so if you restart the game, you may then unlock Captain's cabin and learn slightly more about the backstory.

They still very very stupid to just enter the room, because TOM said many times that he will not let them leave Europa
Also, the whole dilemma is just stupid and not well thought out.
"We will kill whole planet because we not want to live here"...

Also, those scientists are really not that smart in general, Ava doesn't know what Chinese room is? Every student knows what Chinese room and Turing tests are. :)

Clearly, this is a sci-fi, 200 years after Trump presidency. Betsy DeVos was obviously very efficient in her de-education effort...
