can't download episodes 2-5

[Herpules]

It shows purchased but not downloading in the menu when i click them and each time I try to download any episode it says "content failed to download". I tried reinstalling a couple of times but it didn't work. I also don't have any previous save files as i haven't played the game before. What do i do?

Hey, i don't know if you still have this problem but i think i solve it. When you download the game with steam, steam download all episode. But if you have old save because the first episode was free or for me because I played on phone the episode one, the telltale cloud just make the bug. So for solve this you have to go to Documents/Telltale Games/Batman The Telltale series. Then you delete all file inside and restart the game. In first launch the game offer you to connect your telltale account but don't do it and normally the problem is solve. !!if you have a save of the episode 1 it will delete!!
