I did not believe you at all, but you're right! It works!
In any large scene I'd get like 17 fps with an rx 480. Running fallout 4 and then starting batman while it's still running have me at a solid 60 in all situations. I have no idea how that works, but it does!
More people need to know about this!
For example:
Turn on PC, then open CSGO, then close CSGO, then open Batman.
This worked for me, for some reason Batman can't be the first game I play.
This is just like the Fallout 3 fix I employ where you download THIS ONE SPECIFIC FILE AND FROM THIS ONE SPECIFIC PLACE, SIMILAR FILES DON'T WORK FROM ELSEWHERE and it works like magic!
Thank you for that, OP. Maybe the game is failing to initialize some DirectX components and essentially rides on the open processes of another DirectX game?
Batman is just cursed on PC maybe as well.
