the price for that is perfectly fine for me as long as i had fun, and i always have with telltale games
Although the last episodes typically are a bit longer.
I can see the point you are making, but if i try to think back to TWD games, I felt like they were longer. But I also prefer a well polished episode, than a long boring one. I just fell like the episode oculd have been maybe 20-30 min. longer while still being polished :)
As a pretty hardcore batman fan I felt like a lot of the first episode was only information that i knew beforehand. But I can still see how new people needs to get fully into the story. And i must admit that i felt the story was well-made and I personally can't wait for the next episodes. On the other hand, I just fell like the first episode could have some more action/options, it could for example be a second crime scene investegation. Or they could make different entry ways into the skyline building, or even offer different ways to knock out the guards :)
Since the game is starting really early in the saga anyone familiar with Batman will know much of it. I still enjoy seeing a slightly different take on it and the ending of ep 1 seems to indicate that plot twists are on the way. Batman has been reinvented more than once so I'm looking forward to seeing what Telltale will do with it.
