So, what do you think of Episode 3 and its ending?
SPOILERS WILL BE BELOW.

It was a great episode, in my opinion. Though, I saw the twist coming. It would either be Alfred (unlikely, i know haha) and who it was.

Thoughts?

I was suspicious of Vicki from the beginning. Vicki has always been a blonde.

This Batman is pretty terrible at being Batman imo. He got tossed around by Vicki Vale? He didn't have an antidote to a poison that he knew was being weaponized by his enemies? This isn't anything like the Batman from the comics.

I can't explain the Vicki thing, but in TTG Batman's defense, isn't he just starting out? Alfred's lecture in Episode 1 kind of says as much, not to mention not having the trust of the public or the police.

It seemed to me like the story was set in a time frame similar to The Dark Knight Rises. Lucius makes reference to the surveillance system that Batman used in The Dark Knight to find Joker. It's most likely not connected in any way but the story could fit in as a retelling of TDKR in Nolan's trilogy and all the story details would work.

Did nobody at the press conference see the veins showing in Bruce's face or did they just not care?

Montoya wasn't tried for murder because it was obvious she was marked, and she didn't even use the dermal absorption method they made, so there'd be an obvious injection site. Gordon would be all 'Oh, I've seen this before, he was drugged like when harvey was publically drugged on TV.'

It's Tell Tale. Try analyzing anything using logic, you're bound to be disappointed.

Lol there were like 10 people at that press conference and nobody notices Vicky Vale spiking a huge pin into Bruce Wayne and him crying out in pain? And obviously nobody will notice the veins popping all around Bruce`s face. I thought it was a cheap way to move forward. Bruce doesn't devlope an antidote, he doesn't try to find Cobblepot's proper public records or have Lucius restore them from the servers, he doesn't immediately check into Vicky Vale when she continuously shows up uninvited at his place or when she confesses sympathy for the Children of Arkham, he doesn't put a drone on Harvey after it was clear that Cobblepot and the children of Arkham are after him. Seriously? This is some weak rubbish.

First of all no stock would increase if you dismiss the majority shareholder because that is what Bruce is. He holds at least 51% of the stock so they wouldn't dismiss him because he could simply sell of his stock and plunge them into absolutely chaos. By owning 51% of the stock he is the major shareholder which means he has to be consulted on every decision that has a major impact on the company, such as removing and replacing a CEO which he could veto. So how the hell do they get around that and then throw the biggest shareholder out of his office? Furthermore how the hell do you vet a guy like Cobblepot who showed up a week before by just his public records? No one does that, especially to a guy no one has heard of at all. Wayne Enterprises is a giant and this douche comes up and gets the gig because his parents used to have money and he ran some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ company (supposedly) in the UK? What the hell did he run? I mean seriously every member of the board would know that he didn't run ♥♥♥♥ because they have never heard of him before in a business capacity. Also they make it sound like all the files are only saved in Gotham. Jesus a dishonourable discharge isn't just recorded on some public servers in the Wayne enterprises network. Same for criminal convictions. This is patently ridiculous.

And what's with Vicky's suite. You are telling me that she somehow got access to more advanced tech than Batman? How? Is she als Raz Al Ghul's daughter? Otherwise how the hell does she have hover shoes and some kind of magic stick? How the hell does she outfight Batman? It was utterly preposterous that catwoman can do that simply because Batman is 6'5 and 250 pounds of muscle and in his absolute prime in this game. But being outfought by a chick who could never ever ever have had the same training as him, unless she is Raz Al Ghul's daughter? Are you kidding me? This is some seriously weak sauce. This Batman sucks arse. He could have deployed his drones to backup Montoya and save Harvey at the same time, he could have simply thrown a batarang into penguins face when he was trying to bludgeon Harvey or 3 for that matter, all the while saving Selina. And what is up with the whole Selina thing? I threaten her, I leave her for dead, I pull away from her every chance I get and still she keeps showing up and keeps wanting to bang me? Jesus. And what's up with the whole Harvey scene? How am I leaving my bat gear on the ground? How am I even staying at Selinas place after refusing her instead of taking my car back to the batcave? That thing can drive itself. How is Harvey not noticing the huge burn on my body and the bandage and not immediately ask: Bruce what the hell happened to you instead of assuming I banged his not gf? How the hell does he even know where she lives if she is so guarded and even the Children of Arkham don't know her whereabouts?

Is it really so hard to write something good? I mean they did once... TWAU was brilliant and it expected something like that. Where is the real detective work? Why can't I make the wrong connections and conclude the wrong stuff? Why oh why does Gordon still work with me after I savagely beat up that guy in the warehouse, nearly murdered Falcone, beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of Hamilton Hill, and beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of some bad guy in front of Dent and his secretary? How does Harvey commit me when he was present when Montoya was on drugs even though I'm playing a very kind and very nice Bruce Wayne who doesn't condone violence at all and even embraced Oswald Cobblepot as my replacement? How does Gordon allow that to happen? This is such utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I love the game so far ..
But the Vicki stuff so so completely removed from lore or comics or even alternate comics that it was a little jarring.
I made a post about romancing the Kitty on my FB .. she might be freaking fantastic in bed.. she looks great in her catsuit but never ever trust her ... soething Bruce has learnt over the years.
I liked the ep but was very dis-jointed by the left field new characters and bad guys from an exsisting character that was made by DC to be Bruce's Louis.

That bothers me in every game, book, movie or anything else I have ever seen or read.
I don't care if you are a 10th degree black belt in every form of fighting in the known universe. If you are 5'3" and 110 pounds and get hit full force by a huge muscle bound opponent, you're going to get rekt. Out cold and maybe even killed.

I'm ok with their skill making it almost impossible to hit them but once they get that full force hit, they should be done. Period.

I had one issue with Episode 3. In ep.2 Gordon was calling me a hero... in ep.3 he was like - I wouldn't call you if I wasn't desperate, and the police was looking at me like I'm the worst ♥♥♥♥ in the world. Good job, Telltale... consistent as always -_-

So I wonder if all the videos of the main person of the Children Of Arkham being shown at the debate between Hill and Dent in Episode 2 was a pre-recording (not talking about the Thomas Wayne footage stuff, that's obviously a pre-recording and not live). Because we see the boss of them on the screen talking to everyone, but Penguin/Oswald is using Vicki as a human shield and has a gun aimed at her. So not sure how Vicki can be in two places at once unless she is being controlled at the end of Episode 3 or isn't the boss of the Children Of Arkham and there is someone else running things. The twist probably just reveals she is second in command or is a member. But I just re-played the first two episodes and noticed that possible error that happened during the debate. But the twist does explain how/why Vicki keeps randomly popping up.
