Missing Codex?

I have completed the game, but I am missing 9 codex entries. How do you get all the codex entries. How many are in each chapter and episode, and how do you unlock the rest?

By the codex it looks like there should be 30 entries and I only have 21. I am missing 9 entries.

If nobody knows OR can help me then just say so, instead of saying nothing.

Same, I'm missing 9 on the 2nd page. 4 on the top row, 5 on the bottom. I don't believe there's 9 blank spaces, the last 5 might only be a filler, but the blank 4 on the first row just seems weird. Googled it, no answers.

You're welcome. I found this discussion thru Google when I was looking for answers. Are your blanks also at the same spaces?

Hopefully someone who has different blank spaces sees this and comments, although unlikely.

After nobody replying, until now, I decided to uninstall the game and remove it from my account, so I cant tell you what ones were missing only that 9 were missing, if that makes sense?

Although more than likely they were the same as yours.

i also have some entries missing, but figured it was due to the choices I made that i didn't find out some things or missed stuff. might also tie in to thesequel? dunno
