A gripe with the morning after apartment scene [Spoilers]

Regardless if you choose to sleep with Selina or not (I actually was the 8% that didn't woohoo lucky me right?) You get the scene where Harvey comes in to see Bruce in his underoos (Not the Batman kind).

I get Harvey is sick but...

Why the ♥♥♥♥ doesn't he question why Bruce is all bandaged up, and why don't I get any options to say I was MAYBE attacked by the Children of Arkham as a cover up?

It's either:
-I came to see Selina (I came to sleep with your girlfriend)
-None of your business (♥♥♥♥ off, I came to sleep with your girlfriend)
-I spent the night (I straight up slept with your girlfriend)

With all of me trying to maintain my friendship with Harvey I don't get a more white lie type option? Come on guys.

(I really liked this episode though, just had a problem with this one part. Cheers Telltale and I hope episode 4 is just as good)

I also don't understand how he immediately stops questioning you potentially sleeping with his girlfriend and jumps straight to the Children of Arkham. It's like they completely glossed over Bruce maybe sleeping with Selena?? lmao
