Performance issues?
Am I the only one having a lot of problems with the game? It seems the screen seems to freeze every 30 seconds but the music continue. Anybody know how to fix this? I already tried to lower my graphic and to play in windowed mode but this has no effect.

(Before you ask me this, I already updated my graphic cards drivers. Now I'm just sad because I want to play :'( )

I would like to know that too. The game runs well, but the screen freezes every time it's about to move to another scene. It's unplayable at this point. :/

Can you list your specs, I have this in my cart and if it's a buggy mess then I'd like to avoid it.
Also I thought the performance patch earlier in the month addressed all that.

At first, it seems playable without my TV for screen, windowed mode and low graphic but it starts being laggy again. :(

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8,00 GB
System: Windows 7 64-bit
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

I think my first problem was really using my big TV as a screen, but like I said, it's seems laggy even with my new HD screen.

My PC recommended high graphic so I really don't think I should have any problem... I may play it that way, I love Batman and the story seems cool :-)

Same here: game suggested highest graphics, yet it lags between "shots", even when I play at lowest graphics settings. I have not had similar experiences with previous Telltale games

i run the bat man on AMD APU R7 graphics , 2 gig VRAM ,
all VRAM coming from system memory 1866 Mhz

Usually , during scene change , there can be a slight lag , but that is it .
Totally playable on AMD APU R7 graphics .
Any recent driver has Never made any difference .
bat man patch has Never made any difference

bat man only needs 1 gig VRAM , and i have run it at 1.7 Ghz ,
CPU clock does NOT make much difference in performance .
running in High Quality mode .

it has always worked with the APU , on Windows 10 .
Windows 7 got any issues ?

I just re-installed and tried Windows 8+ mode. Had 7-mode before. Same issues: lag, and specifically so inbetween "camera cuts"

How's your FPS?
Zeldara Dec 29, 2016 @ 11:39pm
It's unplayable for me. Low FPS + "camera freeze" when the game moves to another scene.

Windows 7, 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6670, AMD Athlon II X2 260, 3.20 GHz.

I'm not sure how I can clock muy FPS. But I don't really experience Framedrops that much. It's mostly just lag inbetween "camera cuts" that really kills it for me.

I am running on a AMD A-5745-M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.10 GhHz. 12GB RAM. 64-bit, x64-based processor.

It's not the greatest laptop in the world but as far as I know I shouldn't have any troubles running this game. And it seems like AMD-users keep having these issues.

I'm also frustrated with he fact that I seem to be "locked" to one game and can't restart. That's utter BS.

Once i used the overlay in Steam to get FPS . it wan't great ,
that was with the intial release , but because of the nature of this game .
the low FPS was still do-able .

i think a "low average was around 14 to 15 fps " , the most i ever saw was 23 FPS .
a "medium average was around 18 or 20" .
Again , because of the Cartoon'ish nature of this game , low FPS is ok.-

Well, in the bat cave , on the Holo map on the "bat table", everything starts
with "bat" , even the table . That Holo map really put some extra hurt
on the AMD APU R7 GPU . Fortunaley , there was no Action going on .

For everytihng else , no complaints . ( some audio sync , but lots of people have
had audio sync issues with much faster machines ) .

Yes , this batman is a challange to run .

Freezing? Stuttering? Generally piss poor performance?
Oh that's perfectly normal for Telltale games.
Malkav Dec 30, 2016 @ 1:41pm
I have played all of Telltale's interactive movies and never encountered the problems I'm encountering with Batman.
