Episode 3: Gordon: "You say that Cobblepot is Penguin? I'll bring him in for questioning."
Episode 4: Bruce Wayne during the press conference: "Cobblepot is a member of Children of Arkham!"
Episode 5: Gordon: "Turns out that Cobblepot is Penguin. Wish I had known about that sooner."

Vicki Vale. In this case it was to rat out Montoya as Carmine Falcone's murderer. I refused to tell her who did it, and brushed her off. Of course she already knew, because she was the one who perpetrated the entire event. But that doesn't matter. Bruce Wayne KNOWS he didn't give her anything to go by. Yet Alfred later comments about telling Vicki about Montoya and to be careful otherwise the GCPD might get suspicious.
Bruce Wayne should have said, "But I didn't..." Yet he brushed that off as if he did. No suspicioun on the part of the greatest detective.
