I couldn't fix the bug with the steam api, but according to your articles, I found a fix for collisions in the city and cars disappearing from the parking lot.
Thank you, this is more important than achievements, especially since they can be obtained using a non-gaming method

Usually this bug appears if the game is offline - it just can't connect to Steam network. Does this error appear after updating to build 938?
