cant go into street races

for some reason i cant select someone to race at midnight, im having lots of trouble with this could someone help me out?

What is the exact problem? Races not showing up?

the races show up but the names are grey and you can not select any of them, right?
If yes then I have the same problem. In addition to that my club level is too low to do any track racing so I am kinda stuck.

Here's some info on my savegame, in case it helps:
- My car is an Einvagen GT
- I was able to race about 4 or 5 people before it happened
- I swapped the base engine with that of a GTA, including methanol fuel (16:1) and a supercharger
-> races stopped working after the upgrade (coincidence or root of the problem?)
- have between 3 and 4 grand of $
- waiting a day did nothing
- removing the supercharger did nothing

It is a very new savegame, but I don't want to start over whenever I run into something I can not solve. I would like to know how to solve this.

If the opponents names are grey try hitting "Esc"

coolpof i did the same thing i got a envsomthing or other 110 and put a supercharged GTA into it and now it wont let me race
same thing happens when i put the D22V into a sunsomthing or other

edude maybe just buy a car, put a tire on it (Cuz most used ones are missing a tire) avoid the einvagen 110, and try then. no engine upgrades, no upgrades in general, not even a body pannel, just make it drive, and take it to da race
