Red peppers and tomatoes are more profitable than stawrberries in greenhouses. For fields, maybe raspberries or cucumbers, both of which require a bunch of employees to harvest (rather than just machinery with cereals like wheat, rye, ect.).

10 fields of colza (yellow folwer), 5 seed factory pumping colza seed. Sell the seed, leave enough for re-plant, if I remember correctly you can sell colza seed for 3000/100kg in campaign mode. +some extra money money

I have noticed the prices vary drastically on different playthroughs. In my campaign most grains and flours are basically worthless. When i played on a recent scenario flours were good as were some grains.

Strawberry is by far the best.
With rasperry you get more money out of 1 harvest - but strawberry you can harvest up to 2 times more often than rasperries and in end of season prices are very high.
With same amount of fields I made in one season:
Strawberry: 300k
Rasperry 200k
red peppers 220k

Red peppers also can be very interesting - but you need to replant for next season.
So in my opinion for outdoor cultivating: Strawberry best revenue by far.
I made several mio per year just with strawberries ;-)
Even didn't know where to go with all the money...

If you wait until about the 6th or 7th month to plant pumpkins on a field you get pretty damn good returns.

At spring I plant 75x75 Corn short growth time It normally finishes at the start of Summer. I harvest Cultivate and plant Pumpkins. These pumpkins land at Autumn and normally take till winter to fully harvest. The last time I did the pumpkins it landed me close to 2million and took 30 people to harvest inside of 3 months.
