Can't machine/tractor plough a field

I'm playing the campaign. I have bought all the machines I was told to, I have hired a guy who drives tractors and trained him to max in machinery. I'm trying to plough my 26 x 30 field with the tractor: I click plough, I click auto-fill, now my tractor and driver are selected... but I can't click Accept? the Accept button is greyed out and won't let me do anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Hmm as the scenario has no plough options in the machine menu i'm guessing that's enabled at a later point in the campaign?

if there is no plow, then you have to plow the workers
