Seed and seedling production building

For production you have the usual "take above" option, which means the workers will make seeds/seedlings until that number is reached. I could end up with 1000+ kgs of seed even if I only need 100kg, unless I want to babsit production. Would it not make more sense to have the option of "make until" so we can specify exactly how much seed we want produced?
