Just to clarify, incase you didn't realise, they asked for most PROFITABLE crop. They didn't ask for the crop that sells for the most. So your "solution" was irrelevant anyway.

You should probably save your snarky responses for when you know what youre talking about.
Second to that I'd say cows. it costs me about 15k to fill up a barn, but slaughter them and you bring in somewhere around 48 to 60k. I suppose I could make more if I wanted to deal with the whole whack-a-mole inseminator thing but I couldn't be bothered so I just buy them at 2600 +/- for each cow and then slaughter them.
cows are nice for milk im now in the campeign for start making cheese.
Things like wheat,corn,grass,sunflower,rye i grow for maintaining my animals.
Strawberrys are nice also (cough start off campeign).
Tomatoo works nice for juice
Windmills i use for paying off my workers loan ect.got 3 now.they awsome in fall and winter
