this update only skin? can i play without update this? so annoying

I don't know if its normal but whenever i change leaders in a regular community, they don't have the typical leader side quest you'd usually get after choosing the leader like the sheriff's solving dispute or the trader's trading oppurtunity missions. Is it intentional or is it just me?

Also I rarely get survivor's personal missions anymore after this update. Could be tied in with the above idk

I am not getting any of those Gifted Variant of the New Outfits, I would like to use that boonie hat with camo but it's not in my closet as all other stuff in the same list.

The new update makes the character more and more stupid. NPCs, Party Characters and Base Characters keep running back and forth like idiots who don't know what to do. Update more and more errors getting worse and worse than before. Please this is a community survival game show me what it is. Characters should be acting and working. Shouldn't hide the character or let it run around in the apartment like that. The AI ​​that follows doesn't know what to do but watch or stand still. Hope the publisher has a passion to look and consider. Sincere thanks.

The next update should include renaming your enclave and making enclaves from recruiting to occupy curtain building like outposts because I hate turning down survivors
