How to change ingame text / modify the translations

Hello,
does anyone know how to change the ingame text or modify the translations of the text?

I play the game on German. There are some wacky translations, but that's fine.
However there is a bugged text for one of the moral modifiers which makes a long string of code, instead of an actual description.

I pointed this out to the support twice now. but they didn't fix it over the span of several updates. So I would like to do it myself.

this bugs are everywhere, many missing translations, also broken text parts , no readable and it's been like this for 4 years now. I don't think any patch will ever appear.

Steam should simply delete the language from the shop description that makes the game unusable
