Audio Jitter and Video stutter

From time to time (mostly during intense situations with high noise and zombie count) i randomly get this annoying audio jittering and video stuttering.

Sometimes it stops by itself, other times i have to restart the game.

Looks like memory leak to me, but i see other guys playing just fine. IT's really annoying.
Do you have any suggestion?

I play the game all maxed out on nightmare difficulty in trumble valley.
RTX 3070, i5 10400f, 32GB 3200mHz RAM, SSD NVmE

I have been having this too. Usually when I exit to desktop and launch again it clears up. Just closed out now because it was stuttering/jittering with some audion distortion.

it doesn't clear up form me sadly. Actually it already start jittering in the main menu as soon as i get into the game

Kinda been having this issue the last 2 days.
Been hoarding a lot so idk if that might be the game having trouble keeping track of info but lately: Game has either frozen or controls become unresponsive. Open the trunk and then can't close the interface. Had to force close the game. Other times, the game straight up froze and I had to restart the entire pc bc I couldn't alt + tab out and program couldn't be closed.

Can't say I have noticed audio lag but visual is definitely there. Doesn't happen for long but it is there and I notice it. 100% sure it isn't my pc bc I am on a 3090 and usually just have the game/steam running. Nothing else.

No audio issues only they gone silent some time in random place but i can hear gun shots.
Video i can confirm that to it gets jittery even at 100fps if i alt+enter a lot it goes away for a short time but it comes back as you said have to restart the game....

Edit gone back to Win 10 seems to not have the issue.....

SOmetimes when I play the screen will have these little micro-jumps like it is skipping frames . This is usually when I exit and come back into the game. I have also hoarded a LOT of stuff and it literally gags keeping up with number crunching on certain items.

I wrote a ticket to undead labs support, they didn't know how to fix the issue, and after 10ish messages of throubleshooting, they said to wait for the next update.
I hope i gave them enough informations to let them fix it
