Demoting a leader?

Is it possible to promote a leader, craft their building, and then demote them?
Basically, is it possible to craft each of the leaders' buildings in the same save?

On the mini-map, around my base there is a green splotch. Do you know what that means?

if its not an infestation,the slime it just a bug I usually log out and log back in should be gone

Yep, got a 4 leader base at the Farmland Compound. That said... it isn't the most efficient as I'd rather other facilities such as the Auto Shop.

One reason to do it though is morale. If you have a mixed team then each (bugs aside) survivor will get the leader project bonus.

The sniper tower and field hospital also have the added benefit of a lesser bonus to those leader types for a watchtower and infirmary (Builder and sheriff respectively, traders like gardens and warlords like workshops).
