Explanation for legacy
What’s the différence between green legacy and lethal legacy ?
I assume, If I complete a « green » run, then the legacy unlock is green (no ♥♥♥♥ sherlock) but I can’t find information about how powerful a « lethal » legacy is compared to a « green » one.
If anybody has an answer

There's no difference, except you can't use a legacy that was unlocked on an easier difficulty than what you are using.

But, I have finished a "normal" run and then switch to nightmare difficulty and i was able to use the legacy.
Is it because I have kept the same community with the leader ?

Looks like you found an exploit. For a brand new community the rule I wrote earlier should apply, but apparently you can keep your boons if you switch difficulties with the same community. I don't think I've ever done that so can't confirm
