i know i can get it from communities, i just have been trying to roll one for a long time and the quirk just doesnt seem to pop anymore.

You're probably talking about Bartending or Making Coffee quirk skills. These 2 quirk skills are still available in the game and have never been removed; to obtain survivors with said quirk skills, you can roll one from fresh community character selection (when starting a new community), recruit one from neutral/friendly/allied enclave or random NPC mission.

thanks, ive seen making coffee still, but bartending though still in the game doesnt seem to appear in the character creator , saw someone post on reddit with the same issue, wondered if it was rng being itself or if it really wasnt generating.
have you actually managed to roll one recently?

It's still there. Just spend more time rolling random characters

I have seen them alot in enclaves lately. They must have added that. It took me forever to get one before.
Also if you get the rummrunners ect mission , save the guy, bring him back, when they ask to start a still tell them no and in just a bit the whole enclave will ask to join and youre about garunteed to get one or 2 with it.
The game will keep giving you that mission over and over if you do it that way.

heh i gave up after putting about 3 hours into rolling for it, first survivor i learnt about in the first enclave i visited "bar keeping"
