Stuck at the Loading screen

When I try to open the game it stuck at the loading screen. This is the first time I play SOD2. File integrity have been checked. no luck :C

Delete Steam download cache in settings menu. Verify your gpu, audio, and storage drivers are current. Windows conflict & sharing folder info may also help resolve the issue.

When the SoD2 menu is displayed click on update profile at top left and enter a user name to ID yourself with a valid Xbox account using MS password and launch the tutorial.
