Male character models missing when rolling

After I saw a post on Reddit, I have rolled today around 500 male characters and there's at least 6 models the game do not roll. I have survivors in Legacy Pool with said missing character model that I was looking again to start a new community but it's no longer available after latest update. Is this a known bug / issue? Has someone else encountered this?
