You're being satirical right lol
Che Guevara was something an educated liberal would hate. He was a communist revolutionary who, like all communists, put the needs of society before the needs of the individual. That meant that he could justify his bad actions as being good because it was good for society as a whole, just like stalin mao and hitler did. That meant Che executed anyone who was a dissident. He was a straight murderer. In addition to killing anyone who disagreed with his revolution, he sent people to concentration camps. Those same people included homosexuals since gays in that time were disliked by society (in addition to being unable to do their mandatory military service). The dude was straight evil. He even advocated for nuclear war against america.
Liberals have rose tinted glasses when they look at che in any positive light. His political principals, while perhaps inspiring for a young communist, were completely overshadowed by the brutal treatment of anybody who disagreed with him. He was a power hungry tyrant whose legacy is that of revolutionary bloodshed. That's it.
No you can't compare communists to anybody but the extreme, i.e. fascists. The communist state requires complete control over the economy to "eliminate classes", and every example of communism we have seen has had its leaders use equality as an excuse to oppress and massacre their own people. There is no positive outlook you can use to paint Communism in anything less than a dystopian nightmare. the only plausible way you can use to talk about communism is in that cliche bs "no communist country has ever existed"
It transformed nearly-medieval societies with over 90% of population living in subsistence into industrial giants with large urban centers within decades after winning civil wars in respectable countries (like the USSR and China).
It created the most equal society, instead of modern western model where 1% of population own around 50% GDP, rich grow only richer while common people can't afford to have children. And it catered needs of majority, not vocal minorities - sometimes very repulsive, like the LGBT crowd. Yes, supporting whims of splinter factions just because their vote easier to sway, is madness to the society.
Democracy killed far more people than any communist repressions - even if look after WW2. From Vietnam and Korea to the Iraq and Syria.
That's why after fall of the USSR was so much disappointment with pro-western democracy in Russia, how much living standards had declined after USSR era (despite promises of Clinton best friend, Eltsin) - and now solid majority think it was a tragedy.
