Cascade hills, church or corner office?

Im currently using the church as a base, and it's okii, nit the best tbh
Was looting and found the corner office, didn't look around too much but it looked kinda cool from the outside
Which one is the better option in your opinion?

Love the corner office, I used the church once, it sucked.

The Corner Office is a death trap in higher difficulties. The two guards on the roof can hardly shoot at anything, and this makes it so that there are two less survivors to help you defend against sieges and hordes. The Church has the same problem, as the bell tower is too high and on the wrong side of the entrances that hordes use.

Both Loch & Keogh Self Storage and ♥♥♥♥ & ♥♥♥♥ Distributing are better bases than the Church and Corner Office, except the latter's central location.

Corner office if you have a survivor with Soundproofing or a Hero bonus of Silence policy. Combined with the reduction from the watchtower and the zoms probably won't even realize you are there. I didn't have a problem with my survivors on the roof watchtower hitting anything. The perimeter was always littered with dead Z's from their constant sniping. I even would lead Juggs back to base just to watch them make short work of them.

Depends on what you are arming your guards with. Bases with high watchtowers like church, corner office and bridge fort need long range weapons to be effective. Small caliber weapons will barely be able to shoot from that high.

♥♥♥♥ & ♥♥♥♥ is a good base as such, but the location is poor - prepare to drive and drive and drive to get anything. Loch & Keogh has a slightly better location as it is at least in a town (it's still a remote town), and it has a large storage and a built-in still, but only one large facility slot.

i prefer the corner office then establish outpost around it so that there is no zombie spawning around the base, and with a hero bonus of silence policy or noise reduction i dont have any sieges even in lethal difficulty

I wound up in ♥♥♥♥ and ♥♥♥♥ for the first time in my most recent Lethal game just because it was in a patch of unclaimed territory. I disbanded a Brewers story enclave right at the start to move in and I gotta say, its a pretty nice base. The only downside is having to drive a lot but I don't really mind driving in SoD2.
Inside, I had;
Sheltered Beds 2 x2
Infirmary 3
(Workshop 3 pre-built)
(It also has a generator pre-built but I had Builders Boon so it was useless.)

Outside;
Fighting Gym 2
Shooting Range 2
Lounge 3
Farm 3

It took a bit of Leader cycling to get some of the upgraded facilities, but this is on my 100 days community so I knew I would be there for quite a while. It was around day 22 before I finally moved maps out of boredom.
