Mission progress (still) does not work for Trumbull valley

Missions are still broken for Wilkerson. Santos moves to the church, you do the Izzy's loot crate mission and that's it. Patch did not work unless i have to repeat all over again on a fresh map?

if you reset the map the mission progress will be retained. Everything else will change of course. From there it should be good

Ye, that worked for a while and then Wilkerson reckoning mission came up that goes bugged because it points you to the two Wilkerson stashes. When i reach the first one i get to find FakeA-47 rifle and that's it. It still got the mark that needs to be searched (while nothing else to search there) and that's it. Quest line broken, AGAIN.

Did you keep the photo?
I keep the photo on the active character?
Did you loot both crates? (I find looting the crate with the photo first breaks the quest.)
(((You need to loot the crate just past the tunnel first.)))
If still have the photo then try and go to the old bar in town and see if Mickey is there.

I'm at the same point as the OP :

- Biologist quests are all done
- Santos is in the chrurch
- Wilkerson spotted me 2 secrets stashes, the quest ended after I loot 1 but I could find the other. I have the photo.
- I did IzzBee CLEO drop countless of time before the update.

So this is my situation. No more quest, can't finish Wilkerson, Santos or CLEO...
I even restarted the map, I had a few hope because IzzBee called again for CLEO drop, but nothing happened next.
As X said above, I carry the photo on my active character, nothing so far.
Around 5 IG days passed since I restarted the map...
I remember my friend had message saying CLEO could go faster after he removed most of the Plague Heart, I hope I'll get it too. Cleaning in progress.

Question : do you need to be in the Red Talon Base to progress CLEO quests ? This is the only difference between my campaign my friend's campaign and he was able to get the Heaven fery fast.

At Day 20, I got the final Wilkerson mission and since then, I've advanced the Santos mission line 1 more mission. I'm expecting when I launch again, in perhaps a day or so, I should hopefully get the end of the Santos storyline.

I really think the day count has something to do with triggering the quests...?!?

I have a single Plague Heart on the map, as I'm not interested yet in ending the run.

I usually hold a Community until about Day 30+....then finish off the legacy.

Day Count has a lot to do with it. Expect Ray missions in the 4 to 6 day period from where you are now.

After getting the patch, I played with an existing community that was stuck to where I searched the junkyard for the intake manifold on day 40-something and still nothing happened for several in-game days. I decided to restart with a whole new community and the missions were just pouring in. Ignoring all but the story missions, I got the achievement on day 5.

No, this does not work. I looted crate to the north first but the one closer to the church doesn't contain the photo as i did the photo quest a lot earlier.

Also, i did not touch Wilkerson photo and did not go to the photo site in order for it to pop up as it should do, but Wilkerson mission does not appear to be happening at all.

It's a tough call, but looking back at how much time I've wasted waiting for missions that never started, I would restart again with a brand new community if I were in your situation.

Which Alexis Carter mission are you talking about, the first one, 2nd one or 3rd one?
Did you go to the Ranger Station at the beginning of the game?
What missions have come up that are "Green" in color and "Orange" in color?

Do you have any mods installed?

If all else fails then go by this walkthrough, it has many spoilers in it but if your stuck then either your game is broken, computer has problems or you miss something along the way.

Which Alexis Carter mission are you talking about, the first one, 2nd one or 3rd one?

I have been through that quest now 7 times and never had a problem.

I got haven device installed so that mission line is done.
I got fertilizer thing from Huerta, that mission line is done.
I got Santos move to the infirmary, does not move since then.
I picked up the photo to get at least something from Wilkerson, did that quest (i saved the photo if needed in the future).
That's it. There were some conversations where Lilly speaks to Ray Santos about his cancer. And there were conversations where Lilly is thankful to Mickey for the medicine. Nothing new is happening.

I figured out the problem.
When you leave the game AFK hoping that a main mission will pop up at some time you may get a lot of enclaves into ''cold'' relations.
There seems to be a limited amount of enclaves per map, which decides number of missions.
If a certain number of enclaves clogs the missions the main mission line won't appear (as Santos, Mad Scientists, Huerta) count as enclaves on the map.
This is kinda dumb but i think that's what was the problem as when i started killing off the enclaves the story line continued instantly.

Not really dumb. The Design Manager, Geoffrey Card said it's a game engine limitation. The AI starts to go haywire if more than 50 humans are on a map, which is why if you see 15 enclaves of every type on a map, you might want to start threatening some, or do the simple ones for temporary enclaves to get them gone. They are working with the engine they were given over half a decade ago when SoD2 development began.

I am glad you got it figured out but we could have used that info a lot sooner.
With saying you "Moved to a new Map" makes it sound like you just started and you was running into bugs.
