only survivor , In terms of the community the 5th sub skills aren't of much help . Maybe Fishing , Recycling , Sleep Psychology , Soundproofing , Design will help a little bit.

yeah I noticed that morale bonus from Music affects only person with this skill, which is stupid honestly. Thanks for the answer.

If you need someone with Arts skills to buff + 5 spiritual buffs for the whole community (Barricaded Strip Mall will be +10 instead of + 3) then Design is a perfect choice if you don't have a Personal Goals Service to get an Enclave that can drop luxury supplies and add Arts skills. And people with Design skills will usually have pretty good hero skills
