The military uniforms are ALL wrong

Kind of a rant on something that bothers me that I've noticed about this game.

I understand this isn't ArmA or a military sim, but can uniforms be depicted a little more realistically? The uniforms in here just look bad, and are nowhere close to any sort of uniform wear in any branch or any foreign armed forces. I'm not sure what is up with the tops and their scrub like, short sleeve over long sleeve look going on, but uniform tops going back to BDU's, ABU/ACU's, and the current OCP's have never looked like that. And for good reason. I know there is a bit of a disconnect and you're not really going to know unless you're in, but a quick google of OCP uniform or AFI 36-2903 or AR 670-1 will show you in detail exactly how a uniform should look.

The boot blousing is really messed up too, this is in a lot a of games and it always bugs me. The armed forces specifically forbid, per AFI or Army Regulation or whatever the Navy and Marines use, a "pegged-leg" appearance. There is ideally supposed to be a good clean blouse, which is achieved by utilizing blousing straps, or tucking them in alternatively (before it had to be blousing straps).

Not true, if it was true then there would be no weapons at all in the game, lol

One of the biggest issues is a lot of real military uniforms either cant be used or are already copyrighted/licensed by someone else for use in a game.

The easy way out is to make something that is vaguely military.

i had a feeling that was the case but idk if they hate the military. i can tell by the narrow selection of races in the characters practically no white people very small diversity which is ironic.

yes but u can make something close not a sham job there are alot of games that make a uniform as close as possible they don't use the tags or stuff that is copywriteable.

They kind of hate a lot of things as a company if the overt activism has anything to say about it, police, military, their own country, and etc.

If they dont see it, im not sure what to say. That being said Its annoying but its not so much in your face like most woke companies. I also have been playing for quite some time and either i just was too distracted or my second thought is that skeleton crew they left on this trickled it in.

Yeah, I don't expect this game company to offer us proper Military looking uniforms the same way I don't expect any of the female looking remotely cute...

they are all these "uncanny valley" level of ugly and its by design.
