Vechicles Move Slow

Has any one else had this issue that one minute your car is driving as normal then all of a sudden it starts to go slow, Either backwards or forwards it seems to take a year to get going but once you are going its fine until you have to slow down then it goes back to the crawl.

i am guessing its a curveball effect for the car. sorry forgot the name but check the curveball menu it should be there

its called bangernomic, an idea for a curveball so bad people think its a bug.
