Resolution / full-screen doesn't work.

For the life of me I cannot choose full screen, well I can select it but it will not take. I have a 4K monitor and this is the first time I have had trouble selecting resolution or screen size.

I enter 4K rez and full screen but then the screen goes black for a minute but then returns with the display back to default.

Thanks. Things have magically returned to normal. I don't know what was going on there but it seems to be cured now.
