XBoX account locked

Microsoft locked my Xbox account that I only made to play SoD2.
It happened second time. Suspicious activity my ass. I just used it to play SoD2(and not even much).
No, I can't play in offline mode(can't switch). Before i could switch into offline mode and play SoD2 without having XBoX account but not now(some new update must have disabled it - great job devs). All my saves all gone.
Can devs reach microsoft and ask them to stop doing that? Or Bring back offline mode playing without xbox account?

Write to Microsoft and tell them your account is locked so they can unlock it so you can play State of Decay 2 with it.

I have had a issue myself and written to Microsoft and gotten the help that I needed. I also have friends that play on Xbox so they have a Microsoft/Xbox account. And they have had no problem when they needed help from the Microsoft support.

My guess is either you are just to lazy to contact Microsoft support, or you have done something that you are not allowed to do so they banned your account, or you had a weak password and protection of your account so someone could take over it from you and then they in their turn did something against the rules.

Microsoft accounts don't just get locked completely random. I have a second Microsoft account myself that I VERY rarely use and I just tested to log into it and it worked just fine. I use it for testing games sometimes or play games on that second account that I don't want to have on my main account.

I don't care either way. Just saying that Microsoft support exists and that you can contact if you have problem that needs to be fixed.

He is not defending Microsoft. The only support service that can unlock your Microsoft account is Microsoft. That should be obvious to you. Posting "that it doesn´t work" and then becoming aggressive towards other users suggests that something fishy is going on, such that them shutting down your account twice probably had some merit to it.

Nothing fishy. I made a account. Then played game. Few days later tried to login and account was locked.
Now it demand to be locked in to contact support or demand phone number. My mail is secure and never got any mail from them to inform me of any issues - and only activity should be game activity.
The only fishy thing is microsoft fishing for my personal data. But whatever. I have no interest in playing online.
The biggest issue is that I can't play offline.
Its all scummy practices of big corpos. Dunno why you people agree to that.

Sounds sus, there is no reason they wouldn't unlock it unless they had some data from your account of repeated offences.
If you truly are innocent, then keep your ticket open and ask them why it was locked, and what can you do to help the process of getting the account unlocked. One thing to remember is to remain civil, don't go off accusing them or cursing etc.

I suggest reading comments here. Outside of mass chatbot generated posts plenty of people complain because their account was locked for no visible reason and they can't recover it because only option is phone number - which I really don't suggest to give microsoft, considering their lousy security

Again, nobody is defending Microsoft. You are being a jerk to people that are trying to help you. That has a strong tendency to make people NOT want to help you. If you have been acting this way towards Microsoft support (and since they locked your account twice you HAVE contacted them even though you say you won´t), I can fully understand why some wage slave put you on ignore.

You may have breached the right to use their software and Microsoft has the last say.
Minimum pc specs state the Xbox account is free and also required to play.
Xbox EULA may explain the legal agreement details that locked your account.
You should be respectable to Microsoft and explain why you should get your keys back.

Your story doesn´t make sense. You said your account was locked twice. Thus it has to be so, that you got it unlocked once already. That means you have been in some sort of contact with MS. You don´t tell us anything about that. You just conclude that contacting Microsoft doesn´t work, when you already told us it did. You are aggressive towards the first person that tries to help you. You randomly accuse people on taking sides with Microsoft. There seems to be no accountability and a lot of entitlement. That is why you are getting the responses you are. And your last post isn´t helping.
