Wilkerson reckoning - buried treasure bug

was lurking around net a bit but didnt found anything heplful so will try here .... playin my lethal forever comunity, camping in Trumbull Valley - last thing to do is Wilkerson missions - suppose to check two location for buried crates, checked 1st/ behind the tunnel / found fake ak47, checked second - nothing to loot - crates are there but no way to loot them - tryed to do it in opposite, no luck ... dont remember having this issue playing Hearthland - anyone found workaround pls, thx in 4ward :)

I had this same bug, only "fix" is to go to a different map and come back and do the mission again. In this case, I encountered the bug because I looted one of the crates *before* the Wilkerson mission. Later in the game when his mission came up I could not loot the hidden crate since the game though I had already looted it, even though it was showing it as a waypoint on my map. So yes the mission got stuck.
