How to find a Builder/Trader/Sheriff/Warlord

So, if I help or contact with a random survivor group, then how can I get the informations about their leader type or traits cause when you want to learn informations you only get the stamina, stealth, shooting, etc. I want to know this cause I lost my Sheriff with a very dumb way and I want to complete a legacy with it. Anyone has a good trick about this?

With some experience you can infer what traits they might have by looking at their skills and their health and stamina values. There is no way to know their leader type until you have recruited them and earned enough standing that they become citizens.

Thx, to be honest thats what I thought too, maybe if I find police members or military members, then maybe the chances are higher, but they can be also traders or warlords and sadly if you choose someone from a random survivor group, then the whole group disbands.

you could just use mods and check or changes their leader role outside of that pure luck

you can only see it when you leveled them to citizen.
what there backstory is dont helps with there Hero Role, the Army Special Enclave and the RT survivors can be all 4 Hero classes as well, they are not all Warlords ( to be true there are very little wqrlords among them, specialy when i seek one because my last ended as accidental Zed Food again) .
its another story with Traits, there you will have mosttimes a hit with some Job related helping ones (opening or closeing some specialisations for skills) , at least with the special enclaves.
