The dude did a lot to be argued and be upset about, but "holding your telephone numbers ransom", come on.
I have never, EVER had to "give my telephone number" to Microsoft to unlock something unless it was for 2-step verifications which I generally avoid unless for banking.
Sounds to me you have gotten some ransomware infestation on your computer.
We only have your word that you did nothing fishy, but it's the internet and people lie.
That stepmom porn last night could have done it.
And even if you don't lie about the grubby parts of the internet you frequent, is it possible that your computer was accessed by someone else? Son, little brother, etc?
You say no reason given, but then you say something about them telling you you did something suspicious?
If it's your Xbox account that is blocked, you might have gotten hacked and someone used the account until it was banned, but I'm just spitballing here, because nothing you say makes sense without actual information about the type of lockout and precise messages you get.
If it says Microsoft blocked you for whatever reason, try to go to Microsoft support to try and sort if out.
But telling us vague things about your number being held ransom is about as useless information wise as it gets, sorry.
The trick there is if the accounts really old it typically has the old pre-IMAP functions still enabled. So they try to sign in with an outlook program
