Coop feature request

Not sure if the devs read this forum, but I have a feature request for SOD3 coop. In SOD2 there is no way to play with a friend *as if you're part of the same survivor community*. I would like my friend to play survivors from my own community and have acceess to all the same resources. We dislike that there is a big imbalance between the loot for the host and the joining player in coop right now. I understand why various mechanics have to be as they are for public coop to protect from griefers etc., but for doing a "pure coop" playthrough with a friend where you always play together on the same community these mechanics aren't ideal. It would be a lot better for immersion if the coop player could control characters from the host's community. And for base building maybe the other player could at least get access to the menu interface where you can craft things from workshops etc.? I've spent so much time crafting ammo and then manually dropping it on the ground for my friend in the Heartlands DLC, this would be a lot more convenient if a joining coop player was able to do this.

Overall still a great coop game though! We've had a lot of fun with it and this definitely shouldn't discourage anyone from trying coop! I just hope that SOD3 will be even better on the coop front!
