How to level gardening?

I've got a survivor with gardening at want it to get agricaultural.
But how do I level gardening up to 7 stars?

Or the same way you level everything on every survivor at the same time:
Watching training videos at the tier 3 lounge.
Its free and gives quite a lot of xp despite it saying the opposite.

Hmm... somehow it didn´t show she was leveling. I did one more gardening action and it shooted up to 7 stars.
