No - the mod is finished, there are no issues with it.
So it's not just the tutorial but the main quest line as well. If you can't use it to complete Legacies then what is the point? Seems unfinished to me.
I'm going to blow your brains here, but the point of palying SoD2 is not completing legacies - legacies are fun to complete for the first time and then use boons and legacy survivors to let yourself get accustomed to higher difficulties - but ultimately they only ruin the experience by allowing yourself to skip the progression, aka PLAYING the game.
The actual point, or fun, of SoD2 is completing maps - starting with the fresh community at the bottom and building it up, building and improving the base and destroying hearts - after you kill all hearts on the map there is nothing to do - the best course of action is to delete the community and create new.
This is what kind of gameplay this mod improves - literally every system has been reworked and expanded - all facilities reworked into a brand new structure, all skills were reworked and new added, all outposts were reworked and new added, all melee and ranged weapons were reworked, the trader call system was created, the enclave missions were reworked, and many more.
Who cares about one tutorial mission not working and one legacy type not being completable when you have an almost brand new game in your hands???
Just look at the author's name in the description - absolutely not me!
Maybe for you but not for me. Have fun with your mod.
