I was going to wait on recruiting Vic as option suggested but he disappeared from game, maybe he died? IDK but there is a trick to get them both (saw this trick online afterwards not that i want them both but its a nice trick for second run!

I managed to complete Heartland after about a month of on and off playing. Never doing that ever again xD

Wuick tip for playing doc achivment. stack up on plague cures. Get a follower. let follower get hit, give him PC. and thrn repeat that 99 more times :)
Or easier mkre chaotic eay is to spam cleo drops

I completed the mission after countless restarts. This is the most serious challenge in SoD2. You'll need all the right moves, dialog, and strategy to advance. Don't underestimate the amount of plague busters you're going to need... good luck with your plans.
